1.Enable the engagement of new customers and ensure the business of repeated customers

Manage revenue, business development and customer satisfaction

2.Collaborate with internal teams to provide the RFI/RFQ proposal for technical and commercial solutions

3.Conduct the competitive analysis and coordinate the technical marketing activities

4.Create and communicate with customers for the long-term outlook, contributing to the business and marketing plan


1.Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science

2.3+ years of Semiconductor experience and 2+ years of business experience

3.ASIC design service relative experience is a plus

4.Proactive problem-solving skills

5.Demonstrated commercial success in new customer engagement

6.Passionate about helping customers to achieve their project tape out and mass production goal

7.Willing and able to travel, both domestic and international

Additional Qualifications

1.Experienced semiconductor business role, or a technical role with customer-facing experience

2.Established relationships with IP vendors, Semiconductor foundries, OSAT supply chains

3.Industry knowledge in Semiconductor is a plus: Process node, Wafers, ASIC design flow, Timing sing-off, Advance package (CoWoS / 2.5D), Testing, Chiplets concept, SoC, IPs.
