Title: Marketing For Career Success

Have you noticed why some employees in your company appears to be on the fast track while others appear to be “stuck” in neutral despite their excellent background and hard work? One answer may be that the former know how to market themselves. Marketing is an essential and fundamental skill applicable in various aspects of everyone’s lives. Learning and applying fundamental marketing concepts is especially important when it comes to one’s career management and brand building. This highly interactive workshop draws from marketing principles as well as the presenters’ personal career experiences as a proven marketing and sales leader in the semiconductor industry. You will learn to frame your thinking that you are the PRODUCT and learn how to effectively market and brand yourself to help achieve the optimal career success.
