Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • 5~10 years semiconductor industry related experience with knowledge of IC product development cycle or IC industry ecosystem
  • Must have good learning capability and growth oriented attitudes
  • Customer facing experiences (program management or field support) is preferred
  • Capable of Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • Familiar with IC product life (from development to volume production) cycle is a plus
  • Familiar with IC supply chain is a plus
  • IP or IC product direct sales experience is a plus
