ASIC Sales Manager

Job Description:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ASIC design wins and revenue growth.
-Build and maintain executive relationships with key semiconductor, AI, and system companies.
-Collaborate closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to deliver full-turnkey ASIC solutions.
-Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.

Requirements
-7+ years in semiconductor or ASIC sales/business development
-Proven record of achieving or exceeding hundreds of millions dollar sales targets
-Strong technical understanding of ASIC design, SoC integration, or semiconductor manufacturing
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field (MBA preferred)
