  • Jed Van Voorhis, Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition at TSMC North America

Jed Van Voorhis is a seasoned executive search and talent acquisition leader with more than 25 years of experience across China, AsiaPacific, Europe, and North America. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition at TSMC North America, where he partners with business and HR leaders to shape talent strategy and secure both executive and emerging talent critical to the semiconductor industry’s growth.

Before joining TSMC, Jed held senior leadership roles at Pedersen & Partners, Boyden, and Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in technology, industrial, and life sciences sectors. His expertise spans executive search strategy, candidate assessment, crosscultural communication, and longterm client partnership development.

Leveraging deep market insight and a global network, Jed has built a strong track record of delivering leadership talent that aligns with organizational strategy and drives sustainable business impact.

  • Marisa Zucek, Chief Staff & Senior Director of Operations, GPU Technologies & Engineering at AMD

Marisa Zucek is Senior Director of Operations and Chief of Staff for AMD’s GPU Technology and Engineering group (G&E), developing graphics solutions for AI, consoles, embedded products, and personal computers.  Marisa brings over 25 years of technology experience and a passion for diversity and women in STEM as a planning leader on the AMD Women’s Forum in Silicon Valley.  Before joining AMD in 2007, Marisa led program management initiatives for Hewlett Packard’s server and consumer products divisions. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

  • April K. Mills, CEO & Founder at Engine-for-Change |ex-Chief Acceleration Officer at Intel Flex

A nuclear engineer, author, and recognized authority on enterprise change—April is a leading voice in results acceleration and change agency. She received a Meritorious Civilian Service Medal for her work with the U.S. Navy and led IT transformation at Intel. Her clients move beyond structural friction and inertia to unlock clarity, speed, and sustained results.

  • Sheldon Xie, Cofounder & CEO at Plantafield

Dr. Xuejun Xie is a semiconductor entrepreneur pushing Moore’s Law beyond 1nm node through atomic-scale computing for the AI era. He is the cofounder of PhantaField, which is invested in by Dr. Chenming Hu, where he is developing 12-inch production systems for 2D semiconductors and monolithic 3D memory IP. His work enables 3D monolithic embedded memory with ultra-high bandwidth for AI training and inference, as well as radiation-hardened IC for space computing. 

He earned his PhD from UCSB and specializes in integrating novel materials with advanced device engineering. He also initiated thepantheon.ai, a platform exploring digital immortality to help safeguard human civilization and enable its expansion beyond Earth.

  • Jeffrey Yen, Co-founder and CEO at Etherdyne Technologies, Inc. 

Dr. Jeffrey Yen is a dedicated professional with over 9 years of experience in the Wireless Power Transfer for Embedded Energy Infrastructure industry. As the Co-founder and CEO of Etherdyne Technologies, Inc., he specializes in developing innovative solutions that enhance creativity and elevate human experiences. Passionate about advancing electrification infrastructure and unlocking a new class of battery-free devices, he is committed to fostering collaboration within the industry. Holding a Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University, Dr. Yen is excited to engage with fellow professionals and share insights at the CASPA 2026 Job Fair.

  • Josh Feng, VP of Sales and GM North America at Nexustest 

Josh Feng is a technology and commercial leader with over 15 years of experience spanning semiconductors, photonics, and highspeed test solutions. He currently serves as VP of Sales and GM for North America at NEXUSTEST, where he drives regional growth, customer success, and strategic expansion across Silicon Photonics, CPO, and advanced optical test markets.

Previously, Josh held senior product and marketing leadership roles at Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) and Infineon Technologies, leading global product strategy and commercialization across GaN, audio, and power systems.

He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a B.S. from Queen’s University.

  • Ellie Chan Brown, Global Vice President of HR & Adm at Tetramem

Ellie Brown is the Vice President of HR & Administration at TetraMem, where she leads global human resources and operations across the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong. With more than 20 years of experience, she works closely with executive leadership to build strong teams, support organizational growth, and develop effective people strategies aligned with business goals.

Ellie has extensive experience in talent development, organizational planning, compliance, and scaling operations for technology-driven companies. She plays a key role in supporting global expansion initiatives and strengthening collaboration across international teams.
